Empowered and Imperfect: Celebrating the real woman

A moment that captures the essence of life.

A moment that captures the essence of life.

I am a woman. I am imperfect.

I have stretch marks, cellulite, and I weigh more.

I carry the story of life on my body.

And in my heart, the strength that no one gives you.

If I choose a more revealing top, I'm vulgar. If I don't shave my armpits, I'm called sloppy.

If I say what I think, I'm rude. If I remain silent, I'm seen as submissive and faded.

Throughout life, I go through many changes. Society doesn't make an effort to understand them.

They demand perfection in every detail,

But ignore the battles I fight without screens.

There are still men who abuse us. We are humiliated and insulted for trivialities.

What differentiates us from this virility?

It is resilience that puts our truths into practice!

We are still far from full sisterhood. Perhaps because of some arrogance that characterizes us, or because of a lack of female empathy, which separates us when we are most fragile.
